Shaving your legs in the bath makes your legs feel more moisturised and soft, but if you don't have a bath, try shaving them with conditioner rather than shaving cream, because conditioner put's moisture back into your hair, so will do the same for your legs!

Foundation really isn't good for your skin, but water is. For most people water is free, so drink it. It hydrates your skin, takes away blemishes and gives you a healthy glow. So instead of covering up your blemishes with a foundation, just get rid of them by drinking water.

If you want a concealer buy one that fixes your skin while covering up the blemishes and spots (please, never call them imperfections, because you are the perfect version of yourself, a few spots wont change that). I'd recommend a Witch concealer, you can even buy it in Tesco.

If you feel hungry, drink first. Many people confuse thirst for hunger. Doing this is the first step to having a healthy diet.
